Job Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Center Manager to oversee the daily operations of our facility. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing staff, ensuring excellent customer service, and maintaining the financial health of the center.
Responsibilities:
- Cash Handling: Manage cash transactions and ensure accuracy in financial reporting.
- Communicate: Effectively communicate with staff, clients, and stakeholders to address concerns and provide updates.
- Budgeting: Develop and manage budgets to ensure financial sustainability.
- Recruiting: Recruit, train, and supervise staff to maintain a high level of service.
- Manage: Oversee all aspects of the center's operations, including inventory management and facility maintenance.
- Buy: Purchase supplies and equipment necessary for daily operations.
- Administrative: Handle administrative tasks such as scheduling, record-keeping, and reporting.
- Organizational: Maintain a well-organized and efficient work environment.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in a managerial role, preferably in a similar setting.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and guide a team.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
