We are looking to add a qualified Parts/ Accessory Salesperson to our team. The ideal candidate will have proficiency in the ability to work efficiently and effectively, to ensure that excellent customer service is given to our customers. The individual will report directly to the parts manager.
Job Description:
- Meet and assist the customer in a courteous and professional manner providing them with the information they need
- Answer telephone calls promptly and provide professional service ensuring the customer’s needs are met
- Maintain the parts department in a clean and organized manner
- Informing customers of any current specials
- Demonstrates behaviors consistent with the Helena Motors beliefs in all interactions with customers and co-workers
Job Requirements:
- Minimum of 1-year of Sales/Parts experience preferred
- Excellent customer service skills
- Professional work ethic and appearance
- Ability to work well in a high capacity, fast-paced environment
