What You’ll Do
As an automotive technician at Stress-Free Auto Care, you will:
Diagnose and repair various systems, including but not limited to complex engine repairs, suspension, electrical, and heating/AC systems.
Work with a team to troubleshoot complex issues and ensure high-quality repairs that meet manufacturer standards.
Complete thorough digital inspections and maintenance reports.
Stay engaged with customers and the service department, keeping them informed on the repair progress.
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment, and help with routine shop upkeep.
Ensure compliance with all safety, environmental, and legal regulations.
What We’re Looking For
10+ years of hands-on experience as an automotive technician (we love seasoned pros!).
Expertise in ALL vehicle maintenance, diagnostics, and repair.
Proficient in using hand tools and shop equipment (having your own tools is a plus).
ASE certifications are great, but not required—if you don’t have them, we’ll help you get them!
A valid driver’s license and a clean driving record.
A positive, solutions-oriented attitude and the ability to thrive in a busy, team-oriented setting.
A passion for helping customers and delivering high-quality service every time.
Physical Requirements
Lift up to 50 lbs as needed.
Work with tools overhead and in tight spaces.
Stand and walk for the majority of the workday in a high-volume environment.
Have the dexterity to use hand tools efficiently and drive manual transmission vehicles.
