A DAY IN THE LIFE OF AN AUTO SERVICE ADVISOR
In this position, you are vital to the success of our automotive repair shop as you work directly with our customers. An excellent communicator, you listen closely to each client so that you can clearly grasp the problem their vehicle is having. Then, you write up estimates, keeping an open line of communication with both the client and our technicians as you do so. If we need any specific parts to complete a service or repair, you order them. Additionally, you help inspect cars to ensure proper quality control. You love working with our customers and take pride in the part you play in getting them back on the road!
