Responsibilities:

Diagnose cause of any malfunctions and perform repairs.
Perform work requested on repair orders.
Communicate with parts department to obtain correct parts needed.
Examine vehicle to determine if any additional safety or service work is needed.
Advise advisors Immediately if additional work is needed or if repairs cannot be completed within the time promised.
Document work performed and recommended on the repair order; return documentation to the service advisor upon completion.
Road test customers vehicle, with customers if needed.
Ensure you keep customers vehicles clean, undamaged and without changes. Notify Advisor/Manager if any changes are made to the vehicle appearance.
Keep shop area neat and clean; be accountable for all shop tools (as well as you own).

Qualifications:

Must have a valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
Must have Automotive maintenance experience.
MSI License and ASE Certification is a plus
Must be able to perform the physical requirements of the role to include (but not limited to) bending, lifting, twisting, and standing or sitting for long periods of time.
