We are seeking an experienced and reliable mechanic to join our reputable used car dealership. The ideal candidate should be skilled in diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining various vehicle makes and models, ensuring that our inventory is in top-notch condition for our customers.

Responsibilities:

- Perform routine maintenance checks on vehicles, including oil changes, tire rotations, and brake inspections.

- Diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical issues reported by customers or identified during inspections.

- Repair and replace faulty components, such as engines, transmissions, brakes, and electrical systems.

- Perform vehicle inspections and provide detailed reports on the condition of used cars.

- Collaborate with sales team to ensure timely repairs and maintenance of vehicles in the inventory.

- Follow safety procedures and guidelines when working on vehicles.

- Maintain a clean and organized work area.

Requirements:

- Proven experience as an automotive mechanic, preferably in a used car dealership.

- Strong knowledge of vehicle systems, including engines, transmissions, brakes, and electrical systems.

- Experience with electronic diagnostic equipment and tools.

- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.

- Good communication and interpersonal skills.

- Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
