Must be certified in the state of Michigan to perform repairs on cars and light trucks. ASE certifications are a plus. At least two-three years of professional experience is required. Must own tools, have reliable transportation, and valid driver's license. Qualifications -

- Proven experience as an Automotive Technician or similar role
- Strong knowledge of automotive diagnostics
- Proficient in using power tools and specialized equipment for automotive service
- Ability to read and interpret schematics and technical manuals
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Strong communication skills to interact with customers and team members

Common Daily Duties -

Performing automotive diagnostics, repairs, and maintenance on various makes and models of vehicles
Inspecting and testing automotive electrical systems, including basic wiring, circuits, and components
Use of power tools and specialized equipment to align, assemble, and disassemble vehicle parts
Following technical manuals/diagrams to troubleshoot and resolve automotive issues
Maintaining accurate records of all repairs and services performed
Providing excellent customer service by explaining repairs and recommendations to customers
Welding / Custom bending of exhaust components
Use of Mitchell 1 database
Driving manual transmission vehicles
