Overview:

We are seeking a skilled and motivated Technician to join our team. As a Technician, you will be responsible for performing a variety of tasks related to technical support, maintenance, and customer service. This is a hands-on role that requires precision, mechanical knowledge, and excellent problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities:

- Perform maintenance and repair tasks on various boats, watercraft and trailers.

- Conduct inspections and diagnostics to identify issues and determine appropriate solutions and parts required.

- Use precision measuring instruments to ensure accurate measurements and alignments

- Read service bulletins, and technical manuals

- Weld and fabricate components as needed

- Assist with auto and boat maintenance, including oil changes, tune ups, and water testing

- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving technical issues

- Collaborate with the sales team to provide technical expertise during customer interactions

- Adhere to safety protocols and maintain a clean and organized work environment

- Perform heavy lifting as required

Skills:

- Proficient in using precision measuring instruments

- Strong mechanical knowledge and troubleshooting abilities

- Ability to read and interpret service manuals and service bulletins, and technical manuals

- Experience with welding and fabrication techniques

- Knowledge of automotive and boating maintenance procedures

- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate technical information effectively.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $28.50 - $38.50 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
